Safety Philosophy

In the words of Marty Rouse, CSP, CHST, STS-C Vice President of Safety

Rosendin Electric's commitment to develop and implement a Safety and Health Program is unparalleled in our industry. It begins with one simple statement:

Our people are our most valuable asset and should not be exposed to injury or illness as a result of their employment.

Rosendin Electric employees must be treated with respect and we go to great lengths to listen to their suggestions, comments, and concerns. It is our employees who make our Safety and Health Program a success.

To communicate this commitment to all our employees, Rosendin Electric has adopted and implemented the Injury, Illness and Impact Free (I-3 Free) Program. The Program begins with a paradigm shift in the way we view safety. Rather than being a priority, safety is viewed as a value; one we are not willing to compromise.

I-3 Free is a culture where the whole organization continuously reinvents itself in an effort to completely eliminate at-risk behaviors. At Rosendin Electric, we place this value above all other project management disciplines and strive to provide our people with the tools, equipment and working conditions that will help them do their best safely.

Your crew did an exceptional job laying out the work to be performed; planned and provided the necessary tools to do the work; and performed the work in a safe and professional manner. Rosendin Electric should be very proud of this crew and the integrity and professionalism they brought to perform this task.
