Prefabrication

Proactive and Productive

Rosendin thoroughly explores all prefabrication and packaging opportunities to increase project productivity, optimize customer schedules, reduce labor costs, and control waste. Our prefabrication and BIM teams work closely together to quickly transform computer-generated models into electrical building work packages for just-in-time construction. Under this system, we only deliver fabricated assemblies to job sites as close to installation time as possible. This ensures complete control and eliminates the risk of storing materials on-site, where they are vulnerable to damage or theft. This process also speeds installation, as we only need to handle the related components once.
