Get Started in the Electrical Industry

Rosendin is an industry leader in the utilization of cutting-edge technology to execute jobs safer, faster, and more efficiently. We are always on the lookout for hard-working people who would like to learn trade skills through our paid apprentice program. Apprenticeship programs with unionized electrical contracting companies like Rosendin are coordinated through Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committees (JATCs). JATCs comprise an extensive nationwide network and are sponsored through a partnership between local chapters of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). This partnership is known as the Electrical Training Alliance, which was created to blend classroom and online learning to improve the apprenticeship experience.
