Summary
The construction industry requires great attention to safety, and safety professionals need to implement company-wide practices to protect their workers. Electrical contractor Rosendin relies on thousands of craft workers to successfully build some of the country’s largest industrial and commercial projects. Rosendin has made it an ongoing mission to help their workers recognize dangers and protect them from harm of any kind. That mission includes launching and promoting numerous safety initiatives across the organization, and those initiatives have resulted in the company being recognized nationally for its safety, training and development programs, including winning EHS Today’s America’s Safest Companies award in 2021.
In this webinar, Rosendin’s Josh Johnson will provide examples of programs Rosendin has used – and other companies can adopt – to protect workers’ physical and mental health. Some of the key takeaways that attendees will learn include:
- The different safety initiatives Rosendin has in place
- The success of these initiatives
- Some of the challenges Rosendin has encountered from these initiatives
- How you can initiate similar programs within your organization
