The construction industry requires great attention to safety, and safety professionals need to implement company-wide practices to protect their workers. Electrical contractor Rosendin relies on thousands of craft workers to successfully build some of the country’s largest industrial and commercial projects. Rosendin has made it an ongoing mission to help their workers recognize dangers and protect them from harm of any kind.That mission includes launching and promoting numerous safety initiatives across the organization, and those initiatives have resulted in the company being recognized nationally for its safety, training and development programs, including winning EHS Today’s America’s Safest Companies award in 2021.

Josh Johnson has been with Rosendin for over 12 years.  He has worked on many projects and safety roles during this time. He started as a safety manager, to Regional Safety Director, and now serves as the Corporate Safety Director West.  He is a CSP and a graduate of Murray State University.
