The bulk of the first phase for the South Campus project involves site utilities, excavation, and the construction of a new central plant for a greenfield campus. Rosendin also won the $13.3M contract for the entire new campus project which includes a Main Building for Student Services, Campus Security and gathering areas; Library; STEM Building with an Architecture Studio and Maker Space; and Culinary Academy with Teaching Kitchens and a Coffee Shop/Restaurant.
