Project Summary

Techren II is a 200-Megawatt solar energy facility on 1015 acres owned by the City of Boulder and leased by the project owner. When fully operational, Techren Solar will be one of the largest Photovoltaic facilities in the US. Rosendin provided high voltage construction services for the solar array including the construction of a high voltage substation and installation of high voltage tie line connecting the TSII site to Energy’s Nevada Solar One substation that is nine miles away.
