Techren II is a 200-Megawatt solar energy facility on 1015 acres owned by the City of Boulder and leased by the project owner. Techren Solar is one of the largest Photovoltaic facilities in the US. Rosendin provided high-voltage construction services for the solar array, including the construction of a high-voltage substation and installation of a high-voltage tie line connecting the TSII site to Energy’s Nevada Solar One substation which is nine miles away.
