Shoreline Gateway is a 35-story building making it the tallest building in Long Beach. The building has five floors of underground parking, one floor for retail, and four private floors for residents with the availability for designated EV Chargers. Level One starts with three retail spaces, a private meeting room, internet café, coffee bar, mailroom, Jellyfish tank, and leasing offices with a larger lobby. Level Two is composed of units, a pet spa, an outdoor dog terrace, an Amazon delivery area with cold storage, a bike kitchen (maintenance area), bike storage, and a storage area for tenants. Level Three is the gym and podium deck with two fire pits, BBQs, seating areas, outdoor games, and more units.
Levels Four through 35 are units ranging in sizes from 600 SF studio to a multi-master bedroom two-floor 2,700 SF penthouse, there are a total of 315 units. Level 34 includes an amenity area that consists of a large TV viewing area, a bar, kegerator, refrigerator, microwave oven, and a private seating area. Level 35 has an indoor/outdoor amenity area with seating available, a terrace with BBQs, a fire pit, a pool, and a jacuzzi with seating areas for residents to use and enjoy the 280-degree viewing area of the city and the ocean. The building also has WiFi throughout the building, a sound system, Bluetooth-ready, and media areas all completed by Rosendin’s low voltage/audio-visual team.
