As one of the last remaining sites on the waterfront in downtown San Francisco, the 335,000-square-foot, 220-foot-tall tower contains 120 residential units on 20 floors above a 5,000-square-foot premier restaurant space. Rosendin’s scope of work includes emergency power, fire alarm and security systems.
