This 600,000+ SF build in downtown Austin was a complex project that included MEP renovation of a dormant power plant and construction of a new 30-story residential high rise with a parking garage, a new low-rise building with a parking garage for offices, retail, and restaurant spaces, and a pedestrian plaza. The residential units comprised of luxury one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom condos featuring high-end modern finishes and low voltage systems.
