Peninsula Mandalay
Project Summary
The Peninsula Mandalay building is a 16-story high-rise with 112 condo units built on the side of San Bruno Mountain in South San Francisco. The architecture delivers breathtaking views of the city and bay from one side, and views of the rolling mountains from the other side of the building. The first five floors provide parking for the condos with the remaining stories consisting of one-, two-, or three-bedroom high-rise units. Amenities include a fitness center and social room with a garden terrace. Rosendin’s role in the project consisted of design-build services including uninterrupted power source system, smoke control, security, and communications systems as well as electrical infrastructure for the garage and elevators.
