The $200 million Live! Casino & Hotel incorporates a 17-story hotel, massive concert venue, luxurious spa, world-class dining experiences, retail space, and other first-class amenities. The hotel consists of 310 guest rooms, including presidential suites, a penthouse with hospitality suite, and 30,000 square feet of meeting space.
The Rosendin crew installed the high-end lighting control system, including several elegant Swarovski Crystal chandeliers. The lighting control system required the installation of miles of low voltage control cables. As various areas of the project were completed, they were immediately opened to the public, which required the Rosendin team to work very closely with the owners to accommodate schedule changes.
