Aria Campus

Project Summary

Located on the Las Vegas strip, Aria Campus (formerly known as CityCenter) is a 16,797,000 square foot mixed-use urban complex on 76 acres. At the time of construction, it was the largest privately funded construction project in the history of the U.S. The center is home to The Waldorf Astoria, The Crystals, the Aria Resort and Casino, Veer Towers, and Vdara, totaling 899 residential units, 5,891 hotel rooms, casino, spa and salon, meeting and banquet spaces, dining, nightlife, retail, fine art elements, and fire station. The multi-use project makes extensive use of green technologies, such as reclaimed water, and utilizes its own on-site, 9MW, central energy power plant. All structures of the project have attained LEED Gold certification. Rosendin is proud to have provided electrical contractor services for this historical project, including utility plant and duct bank construction, providing power supply infrastructure to the complex, electrical distribution to the central plant generators and HVAC equipment, and over 28 miles of conduit and cable. Lastly, Rosendin provided materials and labor for the fire and safety monitoring system for the Fire Command Center.
