Project Summary

West 7 Central, the new name for the Garland Building, is one of the largest mixed-use office and data center buildings in Los Angeles. The twelve-story building includes nine stories of office space and three floors of data center and central plant space. Rosendin was contracted to renovate an existing mailroom into a new mechanical space with updated electrical infrastructure, generators, and cooling towers.
