Rosendin Rosendin

Baltimore, MD

Exelon

Project Summary

Rosendin was engaged as the electrical contractor for the core and shell construction of the 22-story, 900,000 square foot multi-use Exelon building, the centerpiece of the 27-acre Harbor Point complex, located in the heart of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. The building features a parking garage, more than 100 apartments and about 41,000 square feet of commercial space, in addition to the Exelon offices. Upon completion of the core and shell, Rosendin was hired to complete 444,000 square feet of office space fit-out with a 65,000 SF high-tech trading floor, supported by a data center-equipped electric room and tech core room. In addition to the electrical distribution system, a total of 5,000 LED light fixtures were installed. All of this work was done in a 7-month schedule in 2016.
