Rosendin

The law firm of Covington and Burling currently lease 425,000 square feet of CityCenter DC, consisting of two 12-story towers connected by four sky bridges. Specifications required by the firm included high-end finishes, lighting, and lighting control systems, fire alarm, kitchens, offices, and state-of-the-art conference rooms. Over 7,000 light fixtures were installed, as well as LED lighting control packages. Each light fixture highlights an architectural feature of the building.
