Rosendin

Bishop Ranch is a 585-acre natural setting, mixed-use business community. The center is a combination of premium, inspirational workspace with a 300,000 square foot mall including 70 stores, restaurants, a luxury cinema, and outdoor public spaces for performances and exhibits. The project was designed around a public square, as a destination lifestyle community with life-enriching amenities, services, and events. Rosendin provided electrical contractor services for the project, including core & shell build-out, site and building lighting, and lighting controls for all public spaces and electrical distribution systems for retail and other tenant spaces. We were also responsible for all security, data, and data networking systems, parking garage lighting and vehicle counting system, and design-build services for fire alarm and distributed antenna systems.
