Project Summary
Rosendin is excited to be the electrical design-build contractor for the new $58M BART Headquarters project in Oakland, California. The new BART Headquarters is 244,287 square feet accommodating 1,300 employees. BART is scheduled to move in Spring 2021. The new headquarters is being built at 2150 Webster Street in downtown Oakland. The site currently has a 10-story structure that was constructed in 1975. The project will include demolition on all floors, security and support space additions on the first floor, restrooms on floors two-ten, and a complete buildout of the third level, as well as significant exterior improvements.
