Austin Construction Association Awards Rosendin for Diversity and Inclusion

Electrical contractor recognized with two awards for commitment and excellence

Austin, TX (May 17, 2022) – Rosendin, the nation’s largest employee-owned electrical contracting company, was recognized by the Austin Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) for its commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The construction association awarded the company with two AGC Austin Diversity & Inclusion Excellence Awards recognizing Rosendin’s outstanding service and website.

These awards from the construction industry’s top association validate our efforts to create an inclusive workplace with equal opportunities for women and minorities so every individual can do their best work,” said Stephanie Roldan, Vice President of Quality and Training and D&I Committee Chair.

Rosendin was recently selected as part of the team to build Meta Platform’s (formerly Facebook) new $800 million Data Center and site infrastructure in Temple, Texas working with general contractor JE Dunn.

The electrical contracting company also worked on landmark projects in Texas including the Aktina Solar Facility in El Campo, renovations to the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, and infrastructure upgrades at Texas A&M and the University of Texas.
