Project Wildcat is a 688,312 square foot, twenty-four-floor core & shell project that will soon become the new home of Honeywell Corporation in Uptown Charlotte. Honeywell will occupy 10 floors of the building, with the remaining floors including ground-floor retail, a lobby, and an 800-space parking garage. The building is located directly across the street from Bank of America Stadium and covers two city blocks.
