Rosendin

Rosendin is providing electrical services for the construction of Oregon State University’s new Student Success Center at the Cascades Campus. The Student Success Center (SSC) offers spaces for study and tutoring, art presentations, informal gatherings, and student programming. It provides offices and facilities for staff critical to supporting student success, including academic and career advising, health and wellness counseling, student government, and The Bridge, a new multicultural space. This project was a progressive design-build project, with Rosendin collaborating with Samata Consulting Engineers as our electrical design partners. The project also included the construction of a new nodal utility plant that interconnects with the existing campus energy transfer station, which will deliver the necessary hydronics to a collection of buildings for their heating and cooling needs.
