Project Summary

Rosendin was contracted to provide electrical contractor services for this award-winning, international plant upgrade project for the City of Nogales, AZ, and Sonora, Mexico. The wastewater treatment plant project included a substation, headworks, odor control, aeration basins, secondary clarifiers, blowers, pump stations, rotary drum thickener, belt filter presses, chemical feed stations, UV treatment, emergency power, and Instrumentation and Control. The Plant can treat up to 17.2 million gallons per day. The project was awarded the National Project Achievement Award from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) in the infrastructure project category for its program management.
