Rosendin

Rosendin was contracted to perform electrical services on several phases of this award-winning project. Moffett Towers is the largest project to be built in the Sunnyvale area. It is also the city’s first high-rise project and the largest green project of its size in Silicon Valley. Moffett Towers comprises seven, eight-story office buildings totaling 1.8 million square feet of LEED Certified Gold, Class A office space set on 52 artfully landscaped acres; fitness center with pool and café provide best-in-class amenities, three parking garages, new roads, pedestrian and bike pathways. These LEED Gold certified high-performance buildings include water-use reduction and energy-efficient building systems serving to optimize operational costs and assure environmental responsibility.
