Atrium Health Union is a hospital located in Monroe, NC. This is a 175-bed hospital that provides emergency services and medical care on a campus that features a day surgery center, cancer treatment center, long-term care facility, behavioral health center, specialty care clinics, a community wellness and outreach program, a women and children’s center, interventional heart program, and physician practices. Rosendin performed the boiler replacement for the campus and adding panels, a transformer, new light fixtures, and upgrading the fire alarm system.
