It should come as no surprise that a construction firm tops our List of the largest private companies in Silicon Valley once again this year, since 27 out of the top 50 are a part of the design and build industry.
DPR Construction is No. 1 on the List for at least the third year running with $6.04 billion in companywide revenues for 2019.
The Redwood City-based contractor has a total of 26 offices in the U.S. and recently worked on the Lucile Packard Childrenās Hospital at Stanford University and Digital Realtyās new 40,000-square-foot data center at 1725 Comstock St. in Santa Clara.

- Cupertino Electric Inc. with $1.3 billion in companywide revenues in 2019.
This List was compiled using data submitted by the participating private firms, company websites and Business Journal research.
Multiple Lists including those featuring general contractors, family-owned businesses, women-owned businesses and more, share information and many of these same companies rank on all of the Lists.
New additions to the top 25 include Cupertino Electric at No. 5, XL Construction at No. 11, New Tech Solutions at No. 16, Blach Construction at No. 22 and Sequoia Realty Services at No. 25.
