The Rosendin Foundation Welcomes Chandra Stewart as Executive Director

The Rosendin Foundation (TRF), the 501(c)(3) charitable arm of Rosendin Holdings, Inc., is proud to announce the appointment of Chandra Stewart as its new Executive Director, effective immediately.

Rosendin Holdings, Inc. is the parent company of Rosendin, Modular Power Solutions, and The Rosendin Foundation, reflecting a shared commitment to empowering communities through innovation, service, and philanthropy. As Executive Director, Stewart will lead TRF’s strategic giving, community partnerships, and national programs that support nonprofits across the United States—advancing the Foundation’s core pillars of community impact: emotional, nutritional, and occupational health.

A respected nonprofit leader with nearly two decades of experience in philanthropy, communications, marketing, and donor relations, Stewart brings a proven record of strengthening mission-driven organizations through trust, storytelling, and measurable impact.

Most recently, she served as Director of Communications and Donor Relations at HonorHealth Foundation, where she launched the organization’s first comprehensive stewardship program, produced major donor events, wrote the Reflections of Honor magazine, and helped secure transformative gifts supporting community health initiatives. Her prior leadership roles have spanned corporate partnership fundraising, marketing strategy, and organizational development for both local and national nonprofits.

“Chandra’s deep understanding of both the human and operational sides of philanthropy make her a tremendous asset to The Rosendin Foundation,” said Hank Brasch, Chief Administrative Officer of Rosendin Holdings, Inc. and TRF Board Member.

“Her leadership will strengthen our connection to the employees who fund this Foundation and the communities we serve. She shares our belief that business can—and should—be a force for good.”

Under Stewart’s direction, The Rosendin Foundation will continue to expand its grantmaking, community impact initiatives, and national partnerships, which collectively provide more than $2.5 million annually to nonprofit organizations where Rosendin employees live and work. Her vision centers on deepening connection—among Rosendin’s 10,000+ employees and across the diverse communities the Foundation serves.

“I’m honored to lead an organization that reflects the heart of Rosendin—our people,” said Stewart. “The Rosendin Foundation shows what’s possible when generosity meets action. Together, we’re building culture of kindness and community where giving back is part of who we are.”

In addition to her leadership at TRF, Stewart also oversees Public Relations for Rosendin, helping align the company’s corporate and philanthropic missions to amplify the positive impact of “The Power of We.”

Stewart is based in Tempe, Arizona, and can be reached at [email protected].
