Las Vegas, NV (November 30, 2022) ā The Rosendin Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded to make a positive impact on communities through financial grants and volunteer work, celebrated its partnership with Project 150 by presenting the community organization with a $25,000 donation. This donation will aid the organization in fulfilling its mission to provide assistance and resources to homeless high school students in the Southern Nevada area, allowing them to complete their education and establish a prosperous future.
āThe number of homeless students in the Clark County School District is staggering. We are incredibly appreciative of The Rosendin Foundationās generosity, which will allow us to continue our commitment to supporting local youth and guiding them through their education all year,ā said Kelli Kristo, Project 150 Executive Director.
Since 2021, The Rosendin Foundation has supported Project 150 through grants and donations. The Rosendin Foundation is the charitable arm of Rosendin Holdings, the parent company of Sherman-based Modular Power Solutions (MPS), an offsite manufacturing solutions provider, and Rosendin, one of the nationās largest design-build specialty electrical contractors.

The Rosendin Foundation provides financial assistance to community nonprofits across the country that promote emotional, nutritional, and occupational health programs. These organizations benefit from the Foundationās financial grants and donations of up to $50,000 per organization.Through volunteer efforts and donation drives in 16 cities, the nonprofit empowers and inspires people to be their best.
Since its inception, The Rosendin Foundation has given over $1.2 million to nonprofit organizations in communities where Rosendin and MPS employees live and work. Contributions from Rosendin Holdings, as well as employees, retirees, and Foundation fundraisers, are the primary sources of funding.
