Rosendin Navy SEAL Foundation & Virtual Fundraiser

“This virtual fundraiser is one small way for Rosendin to show our appreciation for the warriors who have given so much to preserve our way of life, as well as let the Navy SEAL Foundation and the families of the Naval Special Warfare community know that we have their backs,” said David Lincoln, Senior Vice President of Rosendin’s Renewable Energy Group and NSF Committee Member.

Commercial Construction & Renovation

The COVID-19 pandemic forced companies to make big changes, but it hasn’t altered Rosendin’s resolve to bring construction companies together in a show of unity to help military members and their families.

Rosendin, the electrical contracting industry’s largest employee-owned firm, was forced to cancel this year’s 5th annual golf tournament befitting the Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF).

But Rosendin kept its commitment to support the Naval Special Warfare (NSW) community and its families and held a virtual fundraiser last Thursday, May 21. This online event featured a silent auction and opportunity for the public to donate to the Navy SEAL Foundation.

Several corporate partners have already contributed to the auction, including Polaris Foundation, which generously donated a customized 2020 Polaris RZR XP-4 Pro featuring a Navy SEAL Foundation logo, valued at $25,699 US MSRP.

Hawkeye Equipment Rentals also donated their resources to “wrapping” the RZR in customized logos, off-road lights, and other cool stuff.

Rosendin is asking all corporate sponsors and golfers who signed up for this year’s tournament to log onto the website at www.rosendin.com/nsf on Thursday, May 21 and place a bid or make a donation to this important cause.

The national electrical contracting company has numerous employees who are also veterans and understand the importance of partnership and community for active duty and retired service people.

“We are grateful to Rosendin, Polaris, Hawkeye, and every member of the community who supports the Navy SEAL Foundation. Every donation, no matter the size, helps us assist veterans and their families by providing education, programs, and support during challenging times,” said Mark Kendall, Committee Chairman for the Navy SEAL Foundation.

Built on an unparalleled legacy and established in 2000, the Navy SEAL Foundation is a 501(c)(3), tax-exempt, national, non-profit benevolent organization headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA.

Since inception in 2016, Rosendin’s annual golf tournament at the Pelican Hill Golf Club in Newport Beach, California has raised more than $1 million for NSF. Last year’s fundraiser was sold out, with more than 300 golfers and 70 corporate sponsors.
