All full-time, current, active Rosendin Electric and MPS employees, including CBA employees, are eligible (including employees who were referred via this program) to receive the referral bonus.

*Open positions for CBA employees are exempt from the referral program.

 

 

 

FAQ's

Employees can submit referrals via recruitment@rosendin.com. The applicant will need to provide the employee’s name on the application where it asks if there is an employee who referred them.

  • Hourly Openings: $1000 → $3,000 Supercharged
  • Grade 9-12: $2,500 → $7,500 Supercharged
  • Grades 13 and above: $5,000 → $15,000 Supercharged
  • Referred Candidate: Minimum 10% sign‑on bonus (base salary).

The pay period following the 6-month anniversary of the referred candidate’s start date.

Yes, however, the incentive bonus goes to the employee who first submitted/endorsed the referral.

Yes, if they have not worked with the organization in the last 12 months. Former employees who were employed within the past 12 months are not eligible for the bonus incentive.

Yes, as long as they have not applied within the last 12 months. If they have applied to a role within 12 months, they are not eligible for this program.

Yes, all bonus payments are considered supplemental wages and are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and withholdings.

Employees are still eligible if the referral is hired for a different role than the one originally referred under.
