Several Rosendin employees made a stellar safety catch during a live breaker installation. Superintendent C. Felix, General Foreman J. Valdez, and Journeymen W. Villacis were on-site performing a panel inspection when they realized the cover for their feeder cables was not seated properly. Using their Stop Work Authority Cards, all work halted.
Gunnar excels at completing his tasks with great quality and showing up on time. Whether it's working near unprotected ledges or just placing conduit, he makes sure to ask questions and care about his safety while performing each task. He joined his project's CEP meeting team and has been very vocal in helping the team in the field.
Griffin is a 2nd year apprentice that just transferred to Rosendin. In the few months he has been with Rosendin, he has been a very valuable employee. He is a hard worker, never misses time, does quality work, and is always working safe. He has been an asset to the team.
EsSaid showed our WE CARE core value when he initiated a stop work procedure while performing work on a damaged scaffold board. EsSaid is always looking out for his brothers and sisters in the field when it comes to safety, and he also cares deeply about the quality of his work.
