Reston Gateway

Rosendin is performing electrical construction services for a tower in the Reston Gateway development. The new development consists of two office towers; one 28-story building, and one 20-story building. The project, approximately 731,000 square feet in size, consists of the tenant build-out for a new Washington Metropolitan-Area headquarters for a confidential client. The project consists of 19 floors of the 28-story structure, new 2.5Mgenerators, complicated systems including lighting controls, audio visual, and telecommunications.

Rosendin’s scope of work included electrical, lighting control, and fire alarm complete installs, telecommunication, and security pathways. Additionally, Rosendin participated in preconstruction services which included providing budgets during the early design development phase, lighting control costs and performance review, schedule, and prefabrication planning.
