This agreement, with an existing, leading technology client, utilizes Rosendin not only as an electrical/design contractor but as a general contractor for the design-build of nine (9) colocation computer rooms. Under the role of the general contractor, Rosendin managed several subcontractors, developing project and maintenance schedules, taking the project from design to commissioning phase in under one year. Rosendin was also responsible for the installation of energy-saving hot air and cooling systems, and electrical conduit, distribution, and metering systems.
