Located in the Southeastern region of the U.S., North Carolina consists of three main geographic regions including the Atlantic coastal plain, the central Piedmonth region, and the mountain region (Appalachian). Average temperatures are in the mid 40s during the winter months with summer months averaging in the mid to high 80s. Rosendin’s projects are predominately around the Charlotte area in markets that include transportation/aviation, data centers, and commercial.
