The Mesa Data Center will be among the most advanced, energy- and water-efficient data center facilities in the world. The project aims to serve as a model of energy efficiency and will be supported by 100 percent renewable energy from new solar energy plants, apply for LEED Gold certification, and receive credits for water restoration efforts. At the peak of construction, there will be more than 1,500 workers on site daily, creating opportunities for local residents.
