The Tule Wind Project 131 MW wind farm is located in McCain Valley in eastern San Diego County. The farm includes 57 GE 2.3 MW wind turbines, an underground and overhead collection system, and a substation. Rosendin constructed seven miles of underground and overhead 138kV transmission lines as well as 35 miles of 35kv underground and overhead collection line poles.
