Rosendin is completing design-assist electrical construction for the new 263,000 SF full-service out-patient ambulatory care building (HUB), 1100-space parking garage, 145 on-site parking, and various site improvements in Woodbridge, VA. The ambulatory care building will house ambulatory surgery, procedure, interventional radiology, nuclear medicine, clinical decision units, diagnostic imaging, clinical laboratory, retail, oncology pharmacies, chemotherapy infusion, primary and specialty clinics, community center, and various support areas. Site improvements will include a staging area for a farmers market, health park with workout stations, and walkways through existing or new woodlands.
