CityCenter is located between the Bellagio and Monte Carlo resorts and consists of the Vdara Condo Hotel, The Mandarin Oriental, and Veer Towers.

The Vdara is a 57-story ebony tower which includes condo hotel units and offer residents and guests the space for social and banquet functions.

The Mandarin Oriental is a spectacular 47-story tower featuring 400 hotel rooms and nearly 230 exclusive residences.

Veer Towers features two 37-story towers, each with close to 350 residences and is surrounded by the best retail, restaurants and entertainment on The Strip.

The CityCenter Central Utility Plant and Duct Bank included construction of a new central utility plant and infrastructure to supply power to a new hotel and entertaining complex. The electrical distribution included new medium voltage 12.47 KV to the central plant generators and HVAV equipment. The work required installation of over 24,000 lineal feed of feeder conduit, and over 114,000 lineal cable of feeder cable. Additionally, 10,000 lineal feet of medium voltage 15 KV cable was installed.

Also included in the facility is the Fire Command Center, which monitors and controls the fire/alarm safety for the entire CityCenter complex.

LEED® Gold was achieved for each segment of work completed.

I think back on two SES replacements that you did with no service interruptions and chiller replacements that took lot of coordination on your part to prevent loss of cooling. I appreciate your honest and open sharing of electrical knowledge as a resource to me because that makes my job more manageable. I also appreciate being able to call you at the first sign of trouble and know we will get an immediate response to any issue.
