The international plant upgrade project for the City of Nogales, AZ and Mexico North included a substation, headworks, odor control, aeration basins, secondary clarifiers, blowers, pump stations, rotary drum thickener, belt filter presses, chemical feed stations, UV treatment, emergency power, and Instrumentation and Control. The Plant has a capacity to treat up to 17.2 millions of gallons per day.
The project was a tremendous success for Hensel Phelps, due largely to key team partners like Rosendin Electric. They were a pleasure to work with and their can-do approach was an asset, particularly to the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) process. I look forward to working with Rosendin Electric in the future and I am confident their team will deliver a great experience.
