Link Building and Residences
A very congested site in the heart of San Francisco, the Laguna Honda project was comprised of a 780-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, consisting of three new buildings and the remodel of a portion of the 80 year old hospital. Scope included a pre-job survey of existing electrical installation and design assistance for remodel of hospital building for new use as an administrative and non-patient care facilities and offices. Included miscellaneous electrical demo, temporary construction power, sleeving through structural elements, new interior stairwell lighting and decorative exterior lighting, furnish and installation of future main switchboard and conduit feeds for adjacent building. The existing building consisted of multiple wings. Remodel took place in vacated wings while patients remained in occupied wings.
