Construction of the new Martin Luther King Jr. Junior High School included a 87,000 square foot building accommodating 32 classrooms, 5,000 square feet of administrative offices, a 7,000-square-foot cafeteria, a 5,000-square-foot library, a gymnasium/common room with 12,000 square feet, and playfields. As the Design-Build electrical contractor, Rosendin Electric was also responsible for the telecommunication, audio/visual, fire alarm, and photovoltaic infrastructure installations.
I have been working with Rosendin Electric and their Network Services Division for a number of years now and have come to greatly value the breadth of their experience and attention to customer satisfaction. They have consistently delivered on solutions to challenging dilemmas and accelerated schedule requests, with never a discouraging word; an exemplary team that embodies professionalism and personal commitment.
