Construction of the new Martin Luther King Jr. Junior High School included a 87,000 square foot building accommodating 32 classrooms, 5,000 square feet of administrative offices, a 7,000-square-foot cafeteria, a 5,000-square-foot library, a gymnasium/common room with 12,000 square feet, and playfields. As the Design-Build electrical contractor, Rosendin Electric was also responsible for the telecommunication, audio/visual, fire alarm, and photovoltaic infrastructure installations.
I would like to thank the team at Rosendin Electric for the job they did during the design and construction of our project. The effort to design, fully 3D Model, build, and then commission in less than 1 year was beyond my expectations. All of the members on the team did an outstanding job and I would have no problem with recommending them for future projects.
