      As the leading employee-owned electrical contractor in the United States, Rosendin is proud to offer opportunities for skilled tradespeople and other professionals to join our team. We work on some of the most complex and challenging projects across the United States and our team in Gallatin, TN is proud to be building the future in Sumner County.

      For those who are new to the exciting field of electrical contracting, the Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committees (JATCs) of the IBEW offer a lifetime career. Apprenticeship programs with unionized electrical contracting companies like Rosendin are coordinated through JATCs which comprise an extensive nationwide network. The JATCs are sponsored through a partnership between local chapters of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) and the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). This partnership is known as the Electrical Training Alliance, which was created to blend classroom and online learning to improve the apprenticeship experience.
