Rosendin

Rosendin provided electrical construction services for this two-phase, build-to-suit data center for an existing technology client. The project includes over 200,000 GSF of prefabricated concrete walls supporting electrical infrastructure comprised of an uninterruptible power supply system supported by diesel generators. The raised data floor components consist of a prefabricated distribution system to accommodate the client’s layout of electronic equipment, as well as an energy-saving hot air, cooling design. In addition to the data infrastructure, this project included over 8,000 SF of Class A office space.
