Training
Rosendin University was developed in order to assist our own employees' growth and ensure that we are all properly trained to pursue the opportunities that present themselves. Our objectives are to provide training that will benefit the individual and the company by providing skills that will increase confidence as well as ability. In addition to skill related training, classes on stress management, healthy workplace, and time management are provided to make sure our employees have a "balance" in their personal lives as well as at the office.

At Rosendin Electric we believe:

  • We must create a climate that encourages, rewards, and enhances individual and collective learning
  • Training and development systems must provide employees with the skills they need for their current and future jobs in the organization.
  • There is a need to create forums for people to share what they learn as well as "best practices."
  • It is important to reward flexibility and risk taking, and to view mistakes as learning opportunities.
