This project was the largest of its kind in the Western United States, with a total of 2.4 million square feet which included a 180,000SF Customer Service Building which is set on top of the 3-story parking garage. The project developed into a close relationship between Rosendin, Austin Commercial, Design and the City of Phoenix - Aviation Department. Many opportunities/obstacles developed during the course of the project such as: Schedule, Cost and Construction Coordination which without the above relationship would of become quite difficult. This project also depended heavily on the participation of Minority Contracting for which Rosendin has developed a strong relationship with DP Electric who completed $4,000,000 dollars worth work on the project.
