| KST Electric
A wholly owned subsidiary of Rosendin Electric In 2004, Rosendin Electric was awarded our first wind energy project in Abilene, Texas. Since then, we have successfully completed the construction of more than twenty projects including a new data center, an ethanol plant, and various wind farms throughout the state. In April of 2010, Rosendin Electric announced the acquisition of Texas based, KST Electric, Ltd. KST continues to operate under its current name as a wholly owned subsidiary of Rosendin Electric. This acquisition will give KST the capacity to scale its operations to bid on substantially larger construction projects, drawing on Rosendin Electric’s financial resources. With its headquarters in Manor, KST also has offices in Corpus Christi, Dallas, Harlingen, Houston, and San Antonio, TX. "By extending agency authority to every employee to stop a project in the event of a safety issue you make safety everyone's business. Your commitment to streamlining the production process by employing BIM to prefabricate assemblies off-site is where the industry must and will go eventually. This type of forward thinking benefits everyone."
