Rosendin Executives work to promote and implement an Injury-Free Work Environment and participate in periodic job walks. We interface safety with pre-task planning on a daily basis in accomplishing our tasks on all of our projects. This is accomplished by being a team player, our personal commitment to the success of the project, and each employee’s involvement in the development and decision making process of working safely and completing the Pre-Task Planning Worksheet for each task assigned.

We are very proud to state that our Experience Modification Rate has averaged less than 70% for more than 5 years, and counting!
